CALL 111 NOW if you've been:
- to Wuhan or Hubei Province in China in the last 14 days (even if you do not have symptoms)
- to other parts of China, including Macau and Hong Kong in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it is mild)
- to Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, Republic of Korea or Malaysia in the last in the last 14 days and have a cough, high temperature or shortness of breath (even if it is mild)
- in close contact with someone with confirmed Coronavirus
DO NOT go to a GP surgery, community pharmacy or hospital. Call 111, stay indoors and avoid close contact with other people.
WEEKEND & EVENING OPENING
Our patients can now book GP appointments on a Saturday from 8am until 2pm and Sunday 8am until 12 noon. You will be seen at Windsor House Surgery. Please ring the surgery as usual during these times and you will be automatically transferred to Windsor House Surgery.
Patients can also book late evening appointments Monday to Friday 6pm - 8pm. Again, you will be seen at Windsor House Surgery. These need to be booked in advance through our surgery.
The surgery will be closed for staff training on the following dates from 12 midday , if you have a medical emergency that will not wait until the surgery reopens please call 111 which is a free phone number from your mobile or landline.

Reception staff will be asking all patients who ring if they are suffering with joint or muscle pains before appointments are booked. A new service, PhysioFirst, are dealing with new joint and muscle pains. You will be booked straight in to see a physiotherapist to assess this at the Morley Hub. Please ask reception if you would like to be booked in.
All pharmacies across west Leeds are offering a service called Pharmacy First to patients who are registered with a GP practice in west Leeds. See the link in further information (on the right) for more information about this.
Please make sure your home and mobile telephone numbers are kept up to date with the surgery.
