Complaints


As a practice we always aim to provide the best service to our patients, but unfortunately there may be times when you feel this has not been the case. If you have a genuine concern/complaint regarding the practice please contact the surgery direct and speak to an Office Manager or if you wish to complain in writing please address this to the Practice Manager. The practice complaints Leaflet is attached below. 

If you do not wish to complain directly to the surgery or you are dissatisfied with the outcome:
